Snoozy Kangaroo Wrap Replacement Policy
Eligibility for Replacement:
· Manufacturing Defects: If your Snoozy Kangaroo wrap has manufacturing defects, you are eligible for a replacement within 7 days of purchase. Defects may include issues with stitching, or fabric integrity.
Non-Eligible Conditions:
· Used or Washed Wraps: Wraps that have been used, washed, or altered in any way are not eligible for replacement unless a manufacturing defect is identified.
· Normal Wear and Tear: Issues arising from regular use, such as slight fabric pilling or color fading, are not considered defects and do not qualify for replacement.
· Damage Due to Improper Use: Damage resulting from improper use, such as incorrect washing or excessive force, is not covered.
· Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
3. Replacement Process:
· Contact Customer Service: If you experience an issue with your wrap, call Snoozy’s customer service team at +91-9980429901, within the eligible timeframe, providing your order number, a description of the problem, and photos via WhatsApp if necessary.
· Return of Original Wrap: You may be required to return the defective wrap. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Our logistics partner will pick up your package at the address of delivery, within 24-48 hours. You don't need to print any return label, the courier will bring it with them.
· Replacement Shipment: Once the original wrap is received and the issue is confirmed, Snoozy will process and ship your replacement at no additional cost.
4. Timeframe:
· Processing: Replacement requests are typically processed within 5 business days.
· Shipping: Replacements will be shipped using standard shipping methods. Expedited shipping is available upon request, with additional charges.
